He is particularly passionate about working with high achieving professionals to navigate workplace stress, executive burnout, and performance anxiety. To accommodate his established patients, Phil offers flexible management, including telehealth.
Alongside his clinical practice, Phil is an active leader in the evolving landscape of modern, proactive healthcare. His expertise as a Certified Health Informatician Australasia (CHIA) and work as a medtech consultant position him at the forefront of health innovation and longevity medicine. Furthermore, his executive experience serving on the Board of Directors for General Practice Registrars Australia (GPRA) gives him first hand understanding of the corporate environments his patients navigate daily. Bridging health technology, leadership and preventative medicine, Phil is highly equipped to offer tailored, forward thinking care designed to optimise both the healthspan and professional performance of his patients.
As a dedicated marathon runner, Phil understands the biomechanics of endurance sports and the frustration of being sidelined. He works closely with runners and athletes in Sports Medicine, optimising physical health, managing sports injuries, and guiding return-to-work rehabilitation for occupational injuries.
A proud Coogee local, Phil lives in the area with his partner, Jess. When he is not consulting, you will find him running the coastal trail, reading in the park by the beach, or enjoying Sydney’s live music scene.
