Shay studied her Bachelor of Nursing at University of Wollongong, since graduating she has worked in general practice and community healthcare. She is passionate about patient-centered care and loves supporting individuals and families across all stages of life.
Outside of work Shay loves to travel and finds joy in exploring new cultures and perspectives which enriched her understanding of diverse communities.
